Evan is a real estate developer and data analytics engineer based in Eldridge, Iowa, with a passion for building new things that can impact and change the world. He is the owner of Parkhurst Riverview Estates LLC and serves as Marketing Director in the Lions Club, where he focuses on growth, brand, and community impact. With a background in analytics and data science, he enjoys turning ideas into systems people can actually use. He is currently building a pipeline of digital products. When he is offline, he stays up to date with motorsports, mainly Formula 1, WEC, GT racing, and NASCAR. He is always searching for new areas to capture cinematic video with his drone. You may find him on an island scuba diving or watersporting, possibly jumping out of a plane or even flying one. He is always traveling, and in the fall he looks forward to every Saturday watching the Alabama Crimson Tide do their thing on the field.
